J.E. Broom lives and works in Devon and enjoys writing in all its forms, especially a short story with a twist.
With degrees in Politics with Education and Public Policy, she is passionate about weaving political and environmental themes into compelling and accessible stories.
When not immersed in creative writing, or attempting to bake (often with questionable results), she loves exploring the natural world and can often be found navigating the bogs of Dartmoor.
The Locust Tide is her first novel.
